Harvest Desktop: Create and View Energy Packages
To view the energy packages of household:
- Log into the harvest desktop
- Find Billing on the side bar to view existing energy packages
To create energy packages:
- Log into the harvest desktop
- Find Billing on the side bar to view existing energy packages.
- Select it to view existing energy packages
- Click on the New Package button in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the necessary details and click on Save Package.
Making an energy package inactive
- Log into the harvest desktop
- Find Billing on the side bar to view existing energy packages.
- Select it to view existing energy packages
- Click on the Package to be made inactive
- Switch off the Active button and Save the package
