Harvest Desktop: Create and View Energy Packages

This is done using the Harvest Desktop.

To view the energy packages of household:
  1. Log into the harvest desktop
  2. Find Billing on the side bar to view existing energy packages


To create energy packages:
  1. Log into the harvest desktop
  2. Find Billing on the side bar to view existing energy packages.
  3. Select it to view existing energy packages
  4. Click on the New Package button in the top-right corner.

  1. Fill in the necessary details and click on  Save Package.

Making an energy package inactive
  1. Log into the harvest desktop
  2. Find Billing on the side bar to view existing energy packages.
  3. Select it to view existing energy packages
  4. Click on the Package to be made inactive
  5. Switch off the Active button and Save the package
