Harvest App: New Pod, Battery and other Equipment Installation

Harvest Mobile App Update: Installing equipment in a house
This article will take you through the steps to install equipment in a household using the harvest mobile app. 
Note: You can only install equipment in houses that have gone through the Sign Up process
  1. Go to "House" in the bottom right corner of the Harvest App main page and scan the Pod QR code(or search by alias/name) and click continue

  1. Click "New installation" on the household details page

  1. Choose if it is a HUB or SPOKE installation and click Continue button. Hub house will have their own battery and panel to generate power and spoke will not generate but only use the power from another house.
  2. The table below takes you through the next steps depending on a type of install(HUB or SPOKE). 
NOTE: You will need to complete all the steps in order to install the household. You cannot install other households until this household is completed. Please make sure you have all the equipment necessary.

  1. Fill the details             
  1. Pod - scan QR code.
  2. Battery - scan QR code or select manual input at the top menu and enter battery capacity and serial number. Click Confirm.
  3. Panel - choose panel size from the list and click Confirm.
  4. Inverter - scan QR code or select manual input at the top menu and enter size and serial number. Choose "NO INVERTER" if its installation is not intended in this house.
             
  1. Billing details - choose energy package and billing start date. Click Confirm.
  2. Then click SAVE button and see the page with household active equipment details.
  3. Confirm all details are correct.
              
  1. Select Hub house which will supply power to this Spoke and fill in the necessary details.         
  1. POD - scan QR code.
  2. Inverterscan QR code or switch to manual input at the top menu and type size and serial number. Choose "NO INVERTER" if its installation is not intended in this house.             
  1. Billing details - choose energy package and billing start date and click Confirm.
  2. Then click SAVE button and see the page with household active equipment details.
  3. Confirm all details are correct.          
  1. The household is now ready with all equipment for energy access.
