Harvest App: Removal and Replacement of Inverters, Solar Panels and Battery (English Translation with Modifications)

Tools we use: Harvest Mobile


This document is written to provide training for the Support Team so that they can better understand how to uninstall a device using Harvest. We explain all the details to uninstall an equipment such as "Inverters", "Solar panels" and "Batteries" only. This document is not for other equipment on Harvest.


Before uninstalling a device the following information must be verified:

  1. The equipment you are uninstalling
  2. The home of the equipment to be uninstalled

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Open the Mobile Application called “Harvest”.
  2. Click on the button labeled "House" at the bottom right

  1. Enter the Home Alias and select it

  1. Now you will see the home profile appear and select "Installations"

  1. Select "Modify Installation"

  1. Click on "Remove/Replace Equipment"

  1. Scan the "barcode" or "QR code" or select "Manual Input". Enter the Equipment Serial Number (UUID) and click “confirm”.
  2. Select the “Equipment type” from the list below. Enter related information if necessary.
  3. Click on "Save".

Note: This document is only for "Solar Panel", "Inverter" and "Battery". You may not use this document for "Okra Pods".


This article can only be used to uninstall (Remove), it does not allow you to make replacement. There is another item that allows you to make replacement (Replacing equipment).
