Managing Energy Packages in Harvest

Overview

On the Packages page in Harvest, it is now possible to create and edit energy packages. This removes the need to submit a support ticket to create packages and enables updating tariff rates, while still maintaining historical bill traceability. 



                          

Key Scenarios To Use

  1. When setting up new packages, either at the start of a project or to add a new offering.
  2. To adjust tariffs based on changing FOREX rates or a change in the tariff agreement.

Additional Notes

  1. When a package is updated, all consumers on that package will automatically be affected by the new changes.
