Harvest App: Mobile App Activities Syncing
When an action is done within the Mobile App (collect a payment, signup a household, complete a Todo, etc...), the activity stream (click the centre button on the bottom navigation bar) will keep a record of the activity and indicate the status of that activity syncing to the cloud. Newest activities appear at the top.
- Grey: The activity has not yet synced. Do NOT do the activity again, the app will continue retrying to send this activity to the cloud when you have better signal. You can also click the sync button at the top right incase you are back in connectivity and want to force it to upload the data manually.
- Green: The activity synced successfully.
- Red: The activity failed and will not be processed. You need to redo that activity.
