Village Maintenance
This can be done using the Harvest Desktop by going through the following steps:
- Log into Harvest Desktop
- Under Mesh grids, the third item says "Maintenance". Click on it.
- Search for the village you want to view
- Each insight has 3 options
- Details: This takes you to Grafana to have a full view the full problem
- Dismiss: This lets you dismiss the insight
- Action: This lets you prioritise the problem and assign it to someone to resolve.
