New Feature: Packages

This release launches our package creation and revision feature within the Harvest Desktop app. Previously, all changes related to packages had to be requested via a support ticket, but now the "Packages" page on Harvest contains all this functionality making it easier and faster for grid/project owners to manage their packages!
