Open the household using the bottom, right-most button called "House"
You can look up the house by searching its Alias (i.e. "XX-001") or by scanning its Pod
Note: this video was made when it was required to scan a household via a special household QR code. This is NOT the process anymore and this step has been removed.
Go to “Receive Payment” menu and fill out payment details
Confirm the right amount has been entered and click save.
See the balance has increased back on the household's page
Agents can always check the balance of a household by pulling up a household in the App
Pod: Household can check balance using the screen
Note that it can take around 30 minutes for a new balance to be synced to the pod
Use the top button (of the 3 buttons next to the screen) to view the balance and daily usage.
