How To Use Okra Maintenance - Todos
(If you haven't yet checked out How to use Okra Maintenance - Insights, please do so, the Insights page is linked to how Todos are created.)
- In the same Maintenance page as Insights, but now click on "Field Todos". Any Todos you created from Insights will show up here.
- From this table view, you can see all open Todos and edit them. When an insight is assigned to an LMA, that agent will receive a notification saying they have a new Todo to action. Reminder that the field instructions entered in the Todo should be written for your field team, in whatever language is most suitable.
If a todo isn’t ready to be worked on in the field, it can be created but left without an assignee.
- Todos can be created directly on the Todos page, via the green "New Todo" button in the top right. This means the activity is not linked to an automatically generated insight, but is still a good way for you to instruct your field team to perform any tasks, and collect data on the work done.
- The table also shows all closed Todos, with the notes / outcomes logged in the field.
- Meanwhile in the Harvest App, field agents can manage their Todos and log outcomes. The red number badge shows how many items are open.
- Todos are sorted by priority and, if location is available, grouped by homes closest to the LMA. Once a todo is opened, the LMA can directly click to take a specific action (i.e. replace pod, replace panel).
- Once they have completed that action, they will be returned to the “wrap up” page to input the resolution and leave any additional notes as necessary. Reminder that this data is extremely valuable, to understand your operational costs, what kinds of replacements have been needed, and other issues happening in the field.
- Completed Todos appear in the activity stream.
